A 42 year first!

We are closed for sales.

 

But we are open for service and parts.

Through trying economic times, hurricanes, blizzards, and everything else that has been thrown at us all for the past 42 years, we have remained open to serve our customers and community.  But this . . . this is something different. And we have decided to close our sales department and suspend all sales effective Monday, March 23 until further notice.

 

Service & Parts will remain open. We realize reliable transportation is it is essential to our customers. This is especially important for our customers who play critical roles in our community, including healthcare and first responders. We also know that our customers are playing important roles right now in supporting their own families, be it delivering food or picking up medication - tasks that require a vehicle.  Which is why government has designated "auto repair" as essential businesses.

We will continue daily assessments of our situation and updated you with any modifications to our plan.  We appreciate your flexibility as we put measures in place for the safety of all of us.  While the environment around us is uncertain, we take comfort in the fact that we have a world-class team and a loyal community that support us.

Keeping Our Service Center A Safe Place

As it has always been, the safety of our employees and customers remains our highest priority. We are doing everything we can to ensure everybody's safety, beginning with closely following CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing.

 

·  Increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.) with the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.

·  Enhanced the techniques used to clean our vehicles after each loaner/test drive. In particular, we are paying special attention to interior customer touch points such as seats, steering wheels, door handles and other hard surfaces.

·  Increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers for the use of customers and employees. We are taking steps to ensure the welfare of our employees. This includes instructing employees who feel ill to stay home and consult their healthcare providers.

·  We will continue to adjust as safety recommendations advance, and continue briefing our team on the appropriate operating protocols.
